Privacy notice

This notice is provided under Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) to users of www.casalemonferrato.net and its forms. The Italian version of this notice is the legally binding one.

2. What data we collect

• Property alerts: your email address, the town you are interested in and the language of the site you used.
• Browsing data: technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) automatically logged by the servers for the operation and security of the site.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To send you the property alerts you asked for — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• To answer your enquiries — legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the site working and secure — legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who processes the data

Data is processed by authorised Alterego Immobiliare staff and by the technical providers hosting the site and database, appointed as data processors: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Supabase Inc. (database). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Data is never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing.

5. How long we keep it

• Alert emails: until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete them.
• Enquiries: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless they lead to an assignment.
• Browsing data: only as long as strictly necessary for security.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@alteregoimmobiliare.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

7. Cookies

This site sets no cookies: it does not use profiling cookies, third-party analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), and it stores nothing in your browser to track your visit. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Property listings open on the Alterego Immobiliare portfolio and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp: those sites have their own cookie policies. If we add analytics or marketing tools in future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first.
